Assist senior stylists with hair styling, coloring, and finishing techniques to deliver flawless results. Prepare clients for services by shampooing, conditioning, and setting up styling tools and products. Maintain salon sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions. Proven experience as a Hair Assistant or in a similar salon support role with knowledge of cosmetology or barbering. Graduated with a license in Cosmetology or Barbering. Strong understanding of color theory, hair styling techniques, and sanitation protocols. Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively.
