Plumbing Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, HVAC, and construction site operations. This role requires the ability to perform heavy lifting, work in various field service environments, and demonstrate proficiency with hand tools and schematics. As a Plumbing Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Perform pipe threading and welding as necessary for system installations. Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and configurations. Conduct field service calls to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions on-site. Collaborate with construction teams to build and install new plumbing systems in residential and commercial projects. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and project timelines. Skills Proficient in using hand tools required for plumbing tasks. Experience with heavy lifting as part of daily operations. Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing infrastructure. Ability to read and understand schematics related to plumbing layouts. Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
