Just breathing room.Our founder, Andy Griffin, has 25 years as a licensed Arizona real estate agent. We are a lean, fast-moving team and we are scaling our marketing function entirely in-house.The RoleWe are looking for a senior, full-stack Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing engine: paid media, organic content, attribution, reporting, and creative. This is a leadership role, not an execution role. You know when to do the work yourself, when to brief a freelancer, and when to push back on the founder with data.You will start with a structured 30-day ramp alongside our current agency, then take over channels one by one until you own everything. By the end of your first quarter, the agency is gone and you are running the show.What You'll OwnGoogle Ads (Search and Display): 4 active campaigns to inherit and optimizeMeta Ads (Facebook and Instagram): Conversions, Traffic, Lead Gen, RetargetingYouTube Ads: new channel launch this quarterConversion tracking and pixel hygiene across Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Ads tags, and UTM/CRM attributionOrganic social calendar: short-form video across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube ShortsAd copy, landing pages, and CRO written in our brand voice: empathetic, direct, honestSMS and email nurture: strategy, sequences, and copy for MQL and long-term nurture tracksWeekly performance reporting: what moved, what did not, and what is nextVendor management: video editors, designers, photographers, and SEO contractorsYou're a Fit If You Have5 to 10 years of hands-on marketing experience, including paid media ownershipDeep Meta Ads Manager experience: campaign build, optimization, and reportingGoogle Ads proficiency in Search, Display, bidding strategies, and keyword managementGA4 and conversion tracking expertiseIntermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills: dashboards, pivot tables, and chartsStrong written English and the ability to write copy that converts and sounds humanExperience managing freelancers or outside vendorsWorking knowledge of HubSpot for reading pipelines and reportsNice to have: Windsor.ai, Supermetrics, or similar attribution tools.
