The responsibilities encompass:Receiving and storing food and supply inventory.Maintaining safe and sanitary floor and equipment conditions.Following a cleaning schedule for stockrooms, walk-in refrigerators/freezers, walls, ceilings, and equipment.Cleansing pots, pans, and utensils using proper sanitizing procedures.Collecting and depositing garbage and transporting it to the garbage dumpster.Previous institutional or fast food kitchen experience is preferred, and while no formal education is required, a high school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
