This leader will coach reps through complex sales cycles, drive pipeline generation and conversion, and help scale a high-performing sales culture in a fast-growing SaaS environment focused on deskless and frontline workforce management. Connecteam serves businesses across industries, including construction, retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and field services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account ExecutivesDrive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainmentImprove sales processes, methodologies, and performance metricsCoach reps on discovery, demos, negotiation, and closingCollaborate with Marketing, SDRs, RevOps, and Customer SuccessHire, onboard, and ramp new sales talentAnalyze KPIs and optimize team performance in a high-growth SaaS environmentExperience & Skills3+ years managing SaaS sales teams (preferably Mid-Market)Strong background in B2B SaaS salesExperience managing high-velocity and consultative sales cyclesProven success leading quota-achieving teamsExcellent coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management skillsAdvantage: experience selling to operations/frontline/workforce management industries#LI-RemoteJoining Connecteam Is The Smart Move:We build our people up.
