Envision Physician Services is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants at Desert View Hospital! One year of ER experience required. Position Profile: 21,000 annual ED volume 12% admission rate 17% transfer rate (higher level of care) Bed layout 11 main ED beds 4 hallway beds (typically inuse during peak hours) 5 Fast Track beds/chais During daytime hours (roughly 11am-8pm), the ED, hallway beds, and Fast Track are often completely full. Night shifts are significantly slower APP coverage 110am - 10pm only No night coverage required Cerner EMR W2 status with comprehensive benefits package Desert View Hospital is a critical access hospital located in Pahrump, Nevada.
