Home Care Regional Director of Operations A professional home care agency is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate RDO/Business Manager to oversee operations and support the continued growth of our established home care agency. For over 18 years, our company has proudly provided quality in-home care services in more than half of the counties in NC.With multiple established office locations and experienced office management teams already in place, this position is ideal for a strong leader who can guide company growth, strengthen operational processes, and maintain excellent relationships with clients, employees, vendors, and community partners.As our company continues expanding into additional counties and office locations across North Carolina, we are looking for someone who can grow with us and help maintain the high standards our clients and employees have come to expect.Position OverviewThe Home Care Business Manager will provide administrative and operational leadership for the agency while working closely with ownership, team leads, and external partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, solution-oriented, professional, and capable of leading with patience and kindness while maintaining accountability and high performance standards.This position requires an analytical thinker, independent decision-making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The position will require a hands-on leader that is willing to lead from within the core team.ResponsibilitiesOversee and support the continued growth and development of the agencyRecruit, hire, train, and help develop management team membersEnsure lead teams are performing assigned job duties effectively and professionallyConduct weekly personnel meetings with management staff to maintain strong working relationships, reinforce responsibilities, and ensure top-level performanceMaintain positive and professional relationships with our community partnersAssist with both billing and payroll processingProvide administrative oversight and support to lead team across all office locationsAssist with employee and client conflict resolution in a professional and compassionate mannerMaintain and coordinate employee schedules as neededTroubleshoot billing issues and technical/vendor-related concernsManage State surveys, licensing meetings, and compliance-related responsibilitiesEnsure documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained to support excellent State survey outcomes and continued complianceSupport daily business operations and special projectsPeriodic travel to office locations throughout North Carolina QualificationsPrevious management experience in home care, healthcare administration, or a related field preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and efficientlyKnowledge of payroll, scheduling, billing, and compliance processesStrong critical-thinking abilitiesStrong work ethic and dependable attendance requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus structure tied to company growth and positive client/employee feedbackPaid vacationOpportunity for advancement within a growing companySupportive and experienced office teamsMeaningful work serving veterans, seniors, and families across North CarolinaScheduleFull-timeMonday–Friday Office hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAvailability after hours for management needs on a per diem basis during evenings and weekendsOffices are closed on major holidaysApply TodayIf you are a dedicated leader who thrives in operations, management, team development, and relationship building, we would love to hear from you.
