The ADAS calibration market represents a $5B+ annual opportunity, with demand outpacing supply in nearly every market we enter.About ADAS SafeADAS Safe is a Series A, institutionally funded company operating at the forefront of the fastest-growing segment in the automotive industry. We run a fleet of mobile ADAS calibration units serving collision centers nationwide, and we’re executing a multi-state M&A roll-up, acquiring and integrating calibration and diagnostics businesses into a single operating system as we scale to 100+ mobile units.The infrastructure for post-collision vehicle safety is being built right now. We’re building it.The RoleAs an Account Executive at ADAS Safe, you will own market development from initial outreach through operational launch. You’ll identify opportunities, land accounts, and be on the ground during launches to make sure our operations run as well as your pitch promised.This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to founders and leadership. The people joining at this stage help define how the company scales.What You’ll DoSales & Business DevelopmentScout and qualify new market opportunities from initial outreach to signed accountsBuild and manage a pipeline of high-volume collision center and fleet accountsGenerate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and in-person relationship developmentClose new business and report pipeline, forecasts, and activity metrics to leadershipCollaborate directly with leadership on go-to-market strategyLaunch & Account ManagementBe present in the field during market launches, aligning client expectations with operational executionLead client onboarding and establish billing workflows from day oneMonitor market health, proactively flag risks, and resolve issues before they escalateMaintain CRM discipline across pipeline, forecasting, and activity trackingWhat We’re Looking For1+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of generating net-new businessComfortable with frequent travel and independent territory managementStrong CRM disciplineReal relationship instincts paired with strong communication skillsAble to operate in ambiguity and move fast without a lot of hand-holdingStartup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferredAutomotive, collision repair, mobility, or field services background is a plusCompensation & BenefitsOTE $130,000+ (competitive base + uncapped commission)EquityCompany healthcare & dental plan
