Location: Charlotte, NCPay Range: 45-50/hr on w2 Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.IntroductionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager with a focus on PDM/PLM and Agile-PLM methodologies. This role is essential for driving Agile delivery and ensuring successful project execution.Required Skills & Qualifications10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role.Basic knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, and S/4HANA.Scrum certification preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile tools, particularly Azure DevOps.Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsAdvanced SAP knowledge.Experience with large-scale SAP implementations.Additional certifications in Agile methodologies.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices.Track sprint progress and remove impediments.Coordinate with SAP teams including SD, MM, FI/CO, and S/4HANA.Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting.Maintain Azure DevOps and track deliverables.Company Benefits & CultureComprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and inclusive work environment.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
