Coverage Needed:ASAP - Ongoing8a-5p with an hour break for lunchPotential call - weekend/nightClinical Information:8-12 patients a dayVolume: 2-4 calls/night (if call is taken)On Call: Would need to round on inpatients on weekends if weekend call takenInpatient: Phone calls related to night call (see below) if call is takenOutpatient: Standard office practice work (new and follow up visits, Epic inbox messages, patient calls, etc.)Supporting staff: Office administrative staff, nursesRequired:Board CertifiedActive PA LicenseEPIC Experience highly preferredProcedures required: EEG interpretation (preferred)DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being activeCurrent Flu VaccineMust be fully vaccinated for Covid 19Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
