We got our start building websites and have expanded into a full-service advertising agency, helping our clients take advantage of the fundamental changes taking place in the marketing world – the emergence of digital technologies, expanded multiculturalism, and the transformative impact of social media.What we are looking for: Social Media Manager – Atlanta, GA or Washington, D.C.Full-Time / Competitive SalaryWhat you'll be doing:Driving brand voice across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and more.Transcreate social media contentDevelop, write, and edit social media contentDeliver real-time insights to through social listening to impact overall brand communication plans through reporting.Owning the editorial calendar, writing of all social copy.Monitor all social mentions across social channels to inform reporting and to identify engagement opportunities.Develop graphics to accompany social media posts.What you'll bring along:Bachelor's degree in related field of study4+ years' experience in either social media management or community managementExperience managing enterprise level social media accountsExperience using Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and SprinklrStrong understanding of the social media landscape, best practices, and analytics toolsHigh level proficiency with Microsoft Office and Social Media Reporting ToolsHigh level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign)Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize assignmentsAbility to work both as part of a team and independentlyWhat we offer:Medical, Dental, Vision, Aflac, 401K, Generous PTO - Potential growth opportunitiesWhere:Atlanta, GA or Washington D.C.
