Sanitation Worker - 3rd Shift, 3rd Shift City, State: Westfield, WI, Wisconsin (US-WI) Classification: Nonexempt HOURS: 10:00pm - 6:00am WAGE: $22.75 per hour JOB SUMMARY: Disassemble, clean and assemble all plant food processing equipment by using high- and low-pressure hot water, corrosive chemicals and other cleaning equipment. JOB DUTIES: Disassemble food-processing equipment, as necessary. Clean equipment and overhead areas, using a variety of equipment, including high-pressure hot water hoses, chemicals, foamers, sanitizers scrubbing equipment, etc. Reassemble equipment and prepare for next day food production. Frequently bend, lift, climb and twist throughout the work shift. Must be comfortable using ladders and comfortable with heights. Must be able to work overtime as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS: High noise exposure, temperature variations from warm to cool to extremely cold. Lifting is required, slippery floors, working at heights, corrosive chemicals, heavy/slippery equipment, sharp objects and wet environment. Must wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required. QUALIFICATIONS: Very mobile individual, able to stand, walk, climb bend, kneel for up to 8 hours per day. Able to frequently bend, lift and twist. Should be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. Must meet Sanitation Physical Abilities Evaluation Requirements. Must successfully complete all required training including pallet jack and scissors lift. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check are required.
