# Python Engineer - AI Training## About the RoleYO HR Consultancy is seeking experienced **Software Engineers** to support high-impact research collaborations with leading AI labs. This fully remote, part-time contract opportunity focuses on building and improving training datasets that help AI models reason through and solve real-world software engineering and coding tasks.Engineers will work with **SWE-bench-style tasks** derived from real open-source repositories, reviewing model-generated coding trajectories and creating technically accurate annotations based on the task context, codebase, issue descriptions, and test cases.
