This role will focus on warehouse operations, SAP system support, and supply chain processes in a regulated manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter resource (SME) for SAP and warehouse-related activities, supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and driving process improvements across the supply chain.This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing, supply chain systems, and regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a SAP/Warehouse SME supporting daily supply chain and distribution operationsSupport inventory management, material movements, and warehouse transactions within SAPTroubleshoot SAP and warehouse process issues, escalating when necessaryPartner with operations, quality, and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflowsAssist in process improvements, system enhancements, and data accuracy initiativesSupport receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations to ensure alignment with production needsMonitor and maintain inventory accuracy and traceability in compliance with medical device regulationsGenerate reports and analyze data to support operational decision-makingParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, process optimization)Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMP, and internal quality systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)0–2 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or warehouse operationsExposure to or experience with SAP (WM, MM, or related modules preferred)Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory managementStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in SAPExperience working in excelExperience working in Power BIExperience with managing raw material supply to the operations or other knowledge of supply chainExperience leading continuous improvementPreferred QualificationsExperience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industryFamiliarity with GMP, FDA, or ISO standardsExperience supporting warehouse systems or ERP implementationsKnowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologiesAdditional DetailsFull-time contract role (40 hours/week)Onsite in Minnetonka, MNOpportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-impact, regulated manufacturing environmentPlease visit our website at www.viltis.com for more information.
