Key responsibilities include:Preparing detailed, accurate estimates for custom homes, renovations, and light commercial projectsMeeting with clients and subcontractors to clarify the scope and gather pricingManaging purchasing: issuing POs, ordering materials, and tracking delivery timelinesPartnering with the estimating and selections team to keep budgets up to dateCoordinating with the field team to share critical details before they're neededScheduling site visits with vendors and subs, especially for renovation projectsReading blueprints, performing takeoffs, and solving design or constructability questions earlyKeeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication and documentationWhat You BringWe're looking for a proactive, organized professional who's fluent in the language of construction and loves building systems that work.
