Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Berlin, VT, for a Gilbarco Veeder Root Technician. In this role, the technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining Gilbarco Veeder Root systems, including fuel dispensers and related point-of-sale (POS) systems. Responsibilities also include diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting system failures, providing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with industry safety standards. The position involves maintaining strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and clear technical communication. Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic components of Gilbarco Veeder Root systemsExperience with point-of-sale (POS) system installation and maintenanceStrong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issuesFamiliarity with industry safety standards and protocolsStrong customer service skills, including clear communication and professionalismAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyTechnical certification or training in Gilbarco Veeder Root systems is preferredPrevious experience in similar technician roles is a plus
