This role is ideal for Physicians with experience providing patient care in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).Responsibilities:Provide high-quality osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal care to patients in SNF settingsPerform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionalsUtilize osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) techniques as neededMaintain accurate and timely medical documentationCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesQualifications:Board Certification or Eligibility in ONMMActive Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain one)Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities is preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and within a team
