Senior Litigation Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Litigation & Product Counsel. Key Responsibilities Manage disputes with healthcare providers and vendors related to the Medicare Advantage business, including litigation Collaborate with product teams on feature development and provide legal advice on regulatory matters Identify litigation and regulatory risks and develop strategies to mitigate them Required Qualifications J.D. degree from an accredited law school At least four years of litigation, investigations, and/or product counseling experience at a large law firm Experience working with health insurance clients, particularly in managed care Familiarity with the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), False Claims Act (FCA), and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations Experience in developing strategies to mitigate litigation and regulatory risk
