This is not a fit for job hoppers.This Area Sales Manager will drive new business through capital equipment sales and own the full sales cycle within a defined territory.Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, installation, and early account supportHit and exceed quota while building and managing a strong pipelinePartner closely with Practice Development to ensure smooth onboarding and utilizationBuild relationships with key decision makers and grow strategic accountsManage territory planning, forecasting, and CRM with strong disciplineRepresent the brand at industry events and maintain market awarenessOperate autonomously in a field based role with heavy travelCompensation:Base salary $90K with OTE $350K to $400K+New commission structure with strong upside tied to performanceAnnual revenue target of $2MQuarterly pacing typically ranges from $400K in slower quarters to $600K in stronger quartersEarn ~$7,500 per device out of the gate, with accelerators as you approach quotaAt $2M in revenue, commission rate ramps up to around ~25%What we’re looking for:4+ years of capital sales experience, ideally in aesthetics or private pay proceduresExperience in a capital plus consumable model strongly preferredProven track record of consistent quota overachievementStrong ability to sell clinical and technical products to varied audiencesHigh level of ownership, organization, and follow throughPolished, credible, and strong communicatorBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceWillingness to travel extensively within the territory
