This is a 12-18-month contract in Salem/Eugene, OR offering a pay rate of $55.00 per hour based on skillset.Role DetailsCompensation: $55.00 per hour.Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.Duration: 12-18 month contract.Location: Salem/Eugene, ,OH (Hybrid)What You’ll Be DoingReview and analyze site performance metrics, including but not limited to, cycle time, close out package (COP) first time right, (Job Hazard Assessment) JHA compliance, build quality, and customer specific requirements.Based on site review and analysis, identify Supplier performance areas in need of improvement, provide feedback on site performance metrics to Territory Director and Suppliers, and partner with Suppliers to correct, adapt, and respond to the feedback.Engage with suppliers on-site to conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that Suppliers correct real-time discrepancies related to safety and construction.Review and evaluate market-level on-site requests, such as supporting customer meets, site access, and validating construction drawings, to support in project completion.What We’re Looking ForMinimum of 5+ years as a recent Wireless Construction Manager focused on tower work.ATT and VzW construction experience is highly preferredBachelor’s degree preferred.Experience with providing design solutions and guidance on order of operations.Strong knowledge of general construction processes & procedures.Experience in managing and directing general contractor suppliers, construction scope estimation, etc. (Civils, Ground, L&A, Backhaul, Maintenance Work).Apply today to help with site walks to project closeouts for our client.#Wireless #Construction #Tower #TechJobs
