Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Licensed Professional Counselor or a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate based in San Antonio, TX, with an opportunity to work remotely part-time. The role involves providing counseling services to adults and children including conducting assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards in mental health care. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventionProficiency in telehealth platforms and the ability to offer virtual counseling sessionsEffective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clientsCapability to maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client recordsMaster’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related fieldActive Texas LPC or LPC Associate license in good standingCommitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelinesExperience with diverse populations is a plusExperience not necessary for LPC-A, just willingness to learn
