This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Rapid City, South Dakota might just be the opportunity for you!Opportunity HighlightsHealthcare system is composed of 5 hospitalist and 40+ medical clinics and specialty centersJoin a growing practice with an emphasis on high-quality patient care, collegiality, and a satisfying work environment.Hospital (a 417-bed regional tertiary care, Level 2 Trauma Center) has a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite with experienced staff.APP support providedGroup includes two fellowship-trained advanced GI specialistsAll hospital/ED call taken by the inpatient GI serviceHepatology/transplant support provided by visiting subspecialists twice a month, and we have a full-time experienced hepatology APP. ERCP call is available for fully-qualified physicians who wish to participateEpic EMR and the latest Provation for endoscopy documentation.Experienced general surgery group with 24/7 in-house trauma/ACS service. Colorectal fellowship trained surgeon joining our team fall 2025. Pathology group includes two GI pathology fellowship-trained specialists. Equity in joint venture endoscopy center is planned to be available by 2027.Base salary of $800K. Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one. Starting and retention bonuses of up to $180K.
