Production Supervisor

We're partnering with a rapidly growing food manufacturer seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced production environment.This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while maintaining safety and operational excellence.Responsibilities:• Lead and support a team of 15–30 employees across production, quality, sanitation, and warehouse operations.• Oversee daily production activities, including line startup, equipment setup, scheduling, and product readiness.• Ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining quality, food safety, and GMP standards.• Train, develop, and coach team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices.• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM programs, root cause analysis, and process optimization.• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.• Manage staffing and workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.Requirements:• Previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing a plus).• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.• Experience with TPM or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.• Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their leadership career within a dynamic, expanding organization that values employee development and operational excellence.
