Work Location: Remote with onsite as needed Work Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency and continuity of services. This role manages daily scheduling, staff assignments, coverage needs, and communication with employees and leadership while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, labor agreements, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., ADP RM). Experience supporting multi-location hiring. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, workforce management, or human resources is required Experience using scheduling or workforce management software Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of staffing models, scheduling practices, and workforce planning Ability to analyze staffing data and identify trends Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively A Day in the Life of a Staffing Coordinator: Provide services and support for the following areas: Coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term staffing schedules to meet operational needs Monitor staffing levels and proactively address shortages or coverage gaps Assign staff to shifts, units, or locations based on qualifications, availability, and workload Manage call-offs, absences, overtime, float assignments, and shift changes Communicate staffing needs and schedule updates to employees, supervisors, and leadership Maintain accurate staffing records, schedules, and reports using scheduling and timekeeping systems Ensure compliance with labor laws, union contracts, credentialing, and organizational policies Collaborate with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and improve coverage strategies Assist with onboarding, orientation scheduling, and training coordination as needed Prepare staffing metrics and reports for leadership review Serve as a point of contact for staffing-related questions and concerns Maintain confidentiality of employees and organizational information Why Solis Mammography?
