Contracts Administrator/ Program Control Analyst
Job Description:
Individual will provide contract, program control and general office support, as needed. Must possess a willingness to learn all aspects of contract administration (including proposal development, contract negotiation, contract administration and contract close-out processes). The individual will also possess a willingness to assist the Program Control Analyst Manager and provide general office administrative assistance.

Duties to include, but not limited to:
Review contract modifications and provide summary to Contracts Team
Maintain Contract Briefs based on contract modifications
Assist with data calls
Manage Contract Representations and Certifications
Administer Non-Disclosure Agreements
Manage Work Authorization documents for direct labor
Assist with contract close-out procedures
Assist PCA Manager with credit card reconciliations
Assist PCA Manager with travel reconciliations
Required skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Required Education:
A related university degree preferred and minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
