Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst VRemote - West Coast preferredSummary:We're looking for a highly organized and analytically minded contractor to serve as the operational backbone of our in-market sales team. This person will own the weekly rhythm of business, keep a pulse on sales performance, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across a fast-moving, cross-functional team. If you thrive on bringing structure to ambiguity and love making teams run better, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and continuously improve the weekly rhythm of business cadenceOwn the end-to-end preparation and facilitation of weekly business reviews, including agenda setting, pre-read materials, and stakeholder coordination -Ensure the right topics, data, and people are in the room each week to drive productive discussions and decisionsMonitor key sales metrics and performance indicators on an ongoing basisProactively identify trends, gaps, and potential risks to in-market performanceDevelop and maintain reports that provide clear visibility into sales healthEscalate risks early with context and recommended actionsCapture, organize, and track all action items and follow-ups coming out of business reviews and cross-functional meetingsDrive accountability by coordinating with owners on status updates and deadlinesMaintain a centralized tracking system to ensure visibility and closure on key deliverablesProvide regular status updates to leadership on open items and blockers Requirements: 10+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or a similar coordination-heavy roleStrong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience building and running recurring business review cadencesProficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, BI tools)Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to synthesize information for executive audiencesComfort working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment Preferred:Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or retail/channel sales environmentsFamiliarity with sales performance metrics and KPIsPrior experience supporting senior sales or category leadershipPay range is $64 - $69 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
