Construction Field Superintendent
CIC Construction Group is looking for an experienced Construction Field Superintendent for the successful initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project. You will be responsible for providing on-site supervision for all phases of the construction projects, organizing and overseeing construction procedures, and ensuring they are completed promptly and efficiently. The superintendent must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. Day to day, you must align the project with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the results. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have experience in project coordination and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
Responsibilities
Supervise total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
Schedule subcontractors and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely completion.
Permitting due diligence, Inspection Coordination.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions and staff (engineering, material control, etc.)
Maintain a daily log (Daily Progress Reports)
Solid and consistent communication skills to give clear orders and process complex.
Conduct field employee evaluations.
Risk Analysis (On-time Identification of Possible Conflicts and/or Compatibility problems).
Managing Risks and Issues (Claims & Disputes).
Monitoring Company Assets.
Strategic Influencing / Business Partnering / Client Relations.
Identify and connect with new Subs & Vendors.
Coordinate Works with Subs & Vendors / Invoicing Approval.
Administer on-site safety program.& Budget.
Administer on-site safety program.

Skills
Knowledge of construction processes, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and construction administration.
Must be organized while managing multiple concurrent projects.
Must have strong budgeting, scheduling, and scope development skills to be able to accomplish tasks independently.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
Experience with project management software tools.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
A team player with leadership abilities.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
