Radiology Technologist - Permanent Hire - Outpatient - East Memphis, TN The Radiology Technologist s main role is to operate the C-Arm during Vascular procedures and assist physicians in procedures. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. We are searching for a Radiology Technologist who will: Appropriately operate and demonstrate proper alignment of the C-Arm for vascular procedures Ensure proper patient positioning Move imaging equipment into specified position Determine exposure factors on the basis of height, weight, portion of the body involved, and degree of penetration required Adjust equipment controls to set exposure factors and produce images of proper detail, density, and accuracy Requirements: Requires an Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) Certification One (1) to three (3) years of related experience.
