This is a long term engagement working on our CDW Consulting team. In this role, you will manage the Flexera application along with the data. This includes (but not limited to):Contract managementEntitlement managementCompliance managementReportingAdditional responsibilities include:Work within Software Management System to record software purchases in accordance with software industry standardsUse expertise and knowledge in software licensing models to ensure the proper recording and reconciliation of software assetsWork with internal stakeholders confirming consumption calculations meet expectationsRemediate license positions with stakeholdersPartner with the IT Contracting Team members who are responsible for procuring the software assets.Use your analytical skills, including the ability to run ad hoc reports and provide data to various stakeholders.Analyze and interpret data and make recommendations based on the informationAppropriately communicate and educate members of other functions on Software Asset Management policies, procedures, processes, and practices.Act within defined policies and guidelinesWork independently with minimal supervisionEstablish and sustain a positive influence on the performance of others within IT, the company, and vendors, as applicableAnticipate problems and initiates actions as requiredSupport software audits by providing correct and accurate information upon requestRequired experience:5+ years Software Asset Management experience2+ years of Flexera FlexNet power user or administration experienceExperience using SaaS Management and IT Visibility ModuleExperience managing and maintaining connections / integrations of Flexera to ServiceNow, CMDB or other entriesExperience with Flexera Agent UpgradesSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
