What We’re Looking For: Experience & Skills: Prefer 1-3 years of construction experience, including safety standards and building codes training. Experience with tools such as electric saws, pneumatic nail guns, and jackhammers is highly valued. Manual Dexterity: Ability to skillfully use tools like saws and hammers. Equipment Operation: Must be able to operate skid steers, finishing tools, and handle measurements for subgrade and concrete materials. Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Able to adjust plans and solve problems on the go, ensuring projects stay on track. Basic Requirements: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. U.S. citizen or legal resident, with the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel across Arizona on short notice. ALL trips are back by the weekend. Meals and lodging provided. You are also paid regular rate for travel time! This amounts to about 15% of our business.
