Customer Support Representative – Pharmacy OperationsWe are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our Pharmacy Operations team. In this role, you will help patients by handling phone calls, scheduling medication deliveries, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Answer inbound and outbound customer callsHelp patients schedule medication refills and deliveriesProvide updates on prescription status, payments, and insurance informationRoute calls to pharmacists, nurses, or other team members when neededAssist patients with questions and concerns in a professional and caring mannerUpdate customer information and notes in the system accuratelyProcess medical claims and support billing-related inquiriesReport patient safety concerns or product complaints to the clinical teamMaintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelinesPerform additional support duties as assignedRequirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious call center or customer service experience preferredHealthcare, pharmacy, or medical office experience is a plusGood communication and phone skillsComfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCompassionate and professional attitude when speaking with patients
