Shipping Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate daily shipping and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities - Manage and lead a team of shipping associates - Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments - Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency - Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA standards - Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shipping processes Skills - Proficiency in shipping and receiving procedures - Strong knowledge of warehouse management practices - Ability to drive process improvement initiatives - Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues - Forklift operation experience preferred - Proficient in inventory management techniques -EDI Knowledge a Plus -Fluent in English and Spanish If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for the Shipping Supervisor position.
