Permit Coordinator
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a prior Construction Company / General Contractor in a similar capacity.Duties / Responsibilities:Manages the end-to-end permitting process for residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring applications are accurate, timely submitted, and actively tracked through approval. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.Manages full permit lifecycle from application through final approval across multiple jurisdictions.Prepares and submits complete, code-compliant permit packages.Coordinates documentation from architects, engineers, and consultants.Proactively tracks permit status and follows up with building departments and plan reviewers.Communicates permit timelines, risks, and status updates to PMs, Superintendents, and leadership.About You:2-3 Years of relevant experience.Strong attention to detail and numbers accuracy.Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.Strong communication skills; must be comfortable supporting busy PMs and working cross-functionally.Proficiency in Excel, MS Office.
