Financial Analyst

Position: Financial AnalystSalary: $70,000 – $80,000Location: Franklin, WI (On-Site)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Direct HireKey ResponsibilitiesSupport monthly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysisPrepare and distribute comprehensive monthly financial reportsAccurately calculate and validate sales commissions on a regular scheduleAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesAnalyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunitiesContribute to inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related financial reportingEnhance reporting tools, internal controls, and financial processesCollaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely insightsParticipate in special projects and ad hoc analyses to support business growthQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar roleStrong proficiency in Excel; ERP system experience is a plusExperience in manufacturing, the food industry, or inventory management is preferredWhy This Opportunity?This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to grow your career within a company that values your contributions and provides immediate impact.
