That’s why high-growth brands like Reddit, Webflow, Mozilla, and SeatGeek rely on Leapfin to close their books every month with confidence. Role DescriptionAs an Implementation Manager at Leapfin you are the architect of our customers’ first experience with the Leapfin platform. You will lead the transition for new clients, moving them from legacy manual processes to a fully automated revenue accounting engine. This is a key, project-driven role that requires a blend of technical project management skills and accounting fluency.In this role, you aren't just a point of contact; you are the project owner responsible for ensuring that we deliver value to our newest customers.What does that mean?End-to-End Project Ownership: Work to define project scope, create detailed schedules, and manage the delivery of mid-market and enterprise implementations within aggressive timelines.Technical Configuration & Accounting Strategy: Partner with customer accounting and IT teams to map their revenue lifecycle. You will translate complex accounting policies into Leapfin’s automation logic.Resource & Timeline Management: Use project management frameworks to track milestones, manage risks, and proactively mitigate \"scope creep.\" You are responsible for keeping both internal and external stakeholders on track.Process Optimization: Be an owner in the process and a key driver in continuously improving our implementation playbook. You will identify bottlenecks in the onboarding journey and build scalable templates to reduce \"Time to Value\" (TTV).What does that mean?The PM Mindset: You understand how to manage stakeholders, identify critical paths, and hold people accountable to deadlines.Technical Accounting Fluency: You have a solid grasp of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and how ERPs and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) work. You can speak \"Accounting\" with a Controller and \"Data\" with a Engineer.
