We are currently looking for a BioTech Territory Account Representative (Non- Experienced or Exp.) As an Oncology Specialty Development Sales Executive, you are responsible for effectively communicating and selling the benefits of our diagnostic commercial products to Hospital Pathologists, Oncologists and regional reference laboratories in a territory that is local. If you are considering a career in Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales then this might be the job for you.
The is a remote Medical Sales Rep position with the ideal candidate residing in territory. We will consider experienced Medical Sales Reps or motivated professional candidates who are committed to a career in Medical Sales.
The right person will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility with multiple career growth opportunities as we expand our footprint and leadership in the fields of precision medicine and companion diagnostics.

Responsibilities and Duties for our BioTech Territory Account Representative (Non- Experienced or Exp.) job opportunity:
Review and analyze contracted product performance within accounts and take and/or evolve actions as appropriate (monitor contracts, plan execution, value, volume growth, market share, etc.)
Develop a strong alliance with the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative team to ensure the appropriate level of cross-functional support and communication to develop and execute effective pull-through strategies.
Strictly adhere to relevant pharmaceutical sales rep regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies. Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement expertise to specialist customers in support of our pharmaceutical products.
To understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and identify the appropriate resources (e. g. Payer Relations Managers, HUB, headquarter approved materials) to refer customers to appropriate resource for reimbursement and distribution choices, working within PhRMA guidelines and values at all times
Maintain knowledge and data, which are constantly changing, with respect to the pharmaceutical products you represent.
Provide product educational programs/in-services to customers.
Work within Compliance guidelines and our industry regulations at all times.
Develop strategies and tactics to generate sales.
Implement strategies specific to each customer within an account (i.e., Office Manager, Physician Assistants, nurses, billers, secretaries, etc.).
Effectively manage allocated resources (i.e., financial).
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to our customers' requests, inquiries and needs.
Requirements to become on of our BioTech Territory Account Representative (Non- Experienced or Exp.)team members;
Previous experience using Microsoft Office
You must have strong sales abilities or demonstrated success as a Sales Rep professional
Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information.
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
