Maintenance Technician for High-End Vacation Rentals in St. George, Utah

Maintenance Technician St. George, UT Ember Vacation Rentals is at the cutting-edge of hospitality with a new generation of travelers in mind. We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy associates who will deliver incredible experiences for our property owners and nightly renters. We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician who fits our culture and brings a high level of positivity, motivation, and accountability to our team as we maintain and take care of some of the most iconic, high-end homes in St. George, Utah. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and have experience is various types of home maintenance and repairs. This is a flexible part time position with work available between 11am and 4pm Monday-Friday, with a pay rate of up to $22 per hour. Position Responsibilities: ● Work with the Maintenance and Home Service Manager to perform home maintenance items and help each home remain in excellent conditions ● Assist with other home service tasks such as power washing, air filter replacement, water softener refills, etc... ● Be flexible and willing to assist in any task that will guarantee that each home is in excellent condition ● Conduct home walk throughs and identify, report and repair any damage Position Requirements: ● Prior experience in home maintenance or as a handy many ● Ability to quickly learn and adopt Ember’s maintenance systems ● Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards and maintenance execution ● Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ● Ability to quickly communicate any issues or concerns directly to the maintenance manager and help problem solve ● Have a smartphone and communicate through our apps ● Reliable transportation to travel to different job sites within St. George, Utah. ● Willing to submit to a background check Why Ember: ● Competitive pay rate up to $22 per hour ● Flexible work schedule ● Paid Training and development opportunities ● Positive and open atmosphere ● Inclusive and diverse environment ● Career advancement opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment ● A steady paycheck and you don't have to supply anything ● Opportunity to work in iconic, high-end homes in St. George, Utah.
