Department: Operations: Operations AdministrationLocation: Kansas City, MOReports To: VP of InfrastructureTravel Required: Yes – travel between company-owned sites is required, This role requires frequent on-site presence in Louisville, KY, with an expectation of approximately 50% travel during active construction and project execution phases.Role SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering capital projects across Patmos' data center facilities. This includes managing the full project lifecycle for infrastructure upgrades, buildouts, and retrofits while ensuring alignment with operational goals, engineering standards, and compliance requirements.They serve as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders and are accountable for end-to-end execution and delivery. This role supports on-site implementation, maintains project documentation, and ensures timelines, scope, and quality expectations are consistently met.Core ResponsibilitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential responsibilities.Project Planning & DeliveryPlan and coordinate capital infrastructure projects including facility buildouts, system upgrades, and retrofitsOwn project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverablesMonitor progress, mitigate risks, and adapt project plans as neededClient & Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the single point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleEnforce meeting best practices, including agenda management, punctuality, and focused discussionDocument and distribute meeting notes within SLA, including action items, owners, and next stepsAcknowledge and track client requests in line with established response expectationsProvide timely project updates, respond to inquiries, and coordinate stakeholder walkthroughs or approvalsEnsure transparency through clear, proactive communication and well-maintained documentationDocumentation, Compliance & SystemsTrack all project activities in the centralized project system, including client requests, scope changes, tasks, and deliverablesMaintain organized and up-to-date project documentation to support internal visibility and audit readinessEnsure adherence to defined SOPs, project standards, and documentation protocols throughout the project lifecycleManage a change log that clearly outlines timeline, budget, and resource impactsMaintain version control and a revision history for all key project documentsOn-Site Coordination & SupportCoordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to support on-site project executionValidate that vendor work meets defined scope, quality expectations, and safety standardsOwn site readiness activities and ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and handed off appropriately post-projectOther Duties AssignedPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
