Must be included in DMV "pull notice" Division which reflects driver 5) Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug Screen. Persons applying for employment in the Thermalito Union Elementary School District, who receive a conditional offer of substitute employment, will be required to submit to a finger-print based Department of Justice background check, a Department of Transportation Drug Screen, Department of Transportation Medical Clearance and provide proof of TB clearance.
