This person will be the operational backbone of our People function—owning coordination, offers, immigration processes, and onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and employees.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is proactive, and takes pride in running tight, efficient processes. You will work closely with Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and hiring managers to keep everything moving smoothly.What You’ll DoCoordinate interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience Manage offer processes end-to-end, including drafting, approvals, and communication with candidates Support immigration processes in partnership with external counsel and internal stakeholders Own and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success from day oneMaintain accurate records across HR systems and ensure data integrityPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on trackAssist with People operations processes, documentation, and compliance needsAct as a point of contact for candidates and new hires, providing timely and clear communicationWhat We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or People operationsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and timelines with accuracy and speedStrong communication skills and a high level of professionalismComfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentHighly collaborative and team-orientedStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityExperience supporting immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, transfers, etc.)Nice to HaveExperience in early-stage or high-growth startupsFamiliarity with HRIS and ATS systemsWhy Join KaiWell-funded: With $125M raised, we have the capital, runway, and resolve to rebuild cybersecurity from first principles.Proven: We've earned the trust of Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies, and we're just getting started.
