Dental Laboratory Manager Crown & Bridge / ImplantsA growing full-service dental laboratory in Palm Bay, Florida is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Manager with a strong Crown & Bridge and single-tooth implant background.This position is ideal for a senior technician or laboratory leader who combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership experience. The Laboratory Manager will oversee daily production, ensure high-quality standards, and guide multiple departments within the lab.The ideal candidate has experience leading larger teams (1020+ technicians) and understands both traditional and digital workflows within a modern dental laboratory.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily production operations across multiple laboratory departmentsProvide quality control for Crown & Bridge and implant restorationsLead and support a team of 1520+ techniciansMaintain workflow efficiency and ensure cases are delivered on timeAssist with troubleshooting complex cases and technical correctionsCommunicate with doctors and clients when needed regarding case questionsSupport hiring, training, and development of laboratory personnelMaintain strong collaboration between departments to ensure smooth production flowHands-On ProductionThis role includes limited bench work (approximately 1520% of the day).
