Reporting Location: Merrillville, INWay of Work: Onsite 5 days per weekJob SummaryLeads a team managing all applicable operations work and provides critical support for state operations execution. Direct reports include scheduling leaders and/or team leaders with staff providing assigning/dispatching, clerical and administrative work management support. Responsibilities include oversight of work management activities including scheduling, assigning, work prep, emergency response, incident management, operations, system operations, substation, and construction. Ensures effective scheduling, prioritization, and assignment of operations work, manages customer programs and QA/QC efforts within the department to meet compliance dates and provide exceptional customer service. Develop and maintain close partnerships between key organizations to drive successful outcomes. Sustain joint accountability and shared metrics with these key business partners to ensure alignment between organizations. Driving for results, leading change, and strategic thinking will be crucial for success.
