Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop tailored care plans, and apply evidence-based interventions. Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on acute conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
