This role focuses on ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of virtual desktop solutions supporting a distributed workforce.This is an opportunity to work on modern VDI environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms while solving complex infrastructure challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, deploy, and manage VDI environments using CitrixSupport VDI infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environmentsMonitor system performance and optimize VDI environments for scalability and reliabilityTroubleshoot complex technical issues related to virtual desktop environmentsCollaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure system integrity and complianceImplement enhancements and upgrades to improve user experience and system performanceMaintain documentation for VDI configurations, processes, and troubleshooting proceduresRequired QualificationsExperience with configuration, deployment, and management of Citrix VDI platformsExperience managing VDI infrastructure in on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments (e.g., VMware)Active TS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldIAM Level II certificationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Citrix 2402 LTSRExperience with NetScalerAdditional InformationThis role supports enterprise-level virtual desktop and infrastructure initiativesOpportunity to work in a fully remote environment supporting secure, large-scale systemsHigh-impact role supporting distributed and mission-critical operationsLI-REMOTE
