Agile Delivery & Portfolio Enablement Lead Anywhere, USA (Fully Remote) Contract to Hire Pay rate: $80.00 - $90.00 p/hr Our client is seeking an Agile Delivery & Portfolio Enablement Lead to oversee the operations of the Project Management Office (PMO) and drive Agile adoption across the organization. This role combines Agile coaching with PMO leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The position requires strong collaboration with IT Finance, Architecture, and senior leadership to support enterprise-wide transformation. Job Description: Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile) across the organization. Provide hands-on coaching to Agile teams, scrum masters, and product owners; facilitate workshops and training sessions. Conduct Agile maturity assessments and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee PMO operations, including governance, portfolio prioritization, reporting, and resource management. Act as product owner for PMO tools and data resources, ensuring integration with IT Finance, Architecture, and Compliance processes. Collaborate with project managers to ensure consistent delivery methodologies and risk management practices. Prepare and present portfolio and project reports to senior leadership. Facilitate conflict resolution and cross-functional alignment between Agile teams and business stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline PMO operations and enhance efficiency. Support annual budgeting, roadmapping, and integration with enterprise processes. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership role. 5+ years of experience managing a PMO, overseeing portfolios, and ensuring project delivery. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and project governance practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to coach at all levels. Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Office Suite. Certifications such as CSM, ICP-Client, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.
