As a growing, agile firm, they focus on Employee Central and associated modules, as well as advanced technologies such as Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS). Their client-centric approach prioritises practical, impactful solutions over bureaucracy. Role Overview The firm is seeking a Partner / Head of SAP SuccessFactors to join the leadership team. This is a strategic, high-visibility role responsible for growing the SuccessFactors practice, shaping the company’s service offerings, and driving business development. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional who combines functional expertise with commercial acumen and enjoys building and leading a consulting practice. Key Responsibilities Lead and scale the SAP SuccessFactors practice across Employee Central and related modules Act as a trusted advisor to clients at C-level and HR leadership, shaping HR transformation strategy Own business development, including client acquisition, proposal creation, and long-term relationship management Define and implement the strategic direction of the firm’s SuccessFactors offering Mentor and grow a team of consultants, fostering a high-performance culture Oversee complex implementations, integrations, and platform initiatives (IAS/IPS) Ensure excellence in project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency Required Skills and Experience Proven SAP SuccessFactors expertise (Employee Central focus preferred) Significant experience in client-facing, strategic consulting or leadership roles Strong understanding of HR processes, technology integration, and cloud-based HR landscapes Track record in business development and revenue growth Ability to lead and mentor a consulting team Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement German native or fluent; strong English proficiency Why This Role Is Unique Partner-level influence: direct impact on company growth, strategy, and service offerings Boutique environment: autonomy, minimal bureaucracy, and visible contribution High-quality client exposure: shape HR transformation projects at enterprise level Flexible work options: hybrid, remote, or on-site in Germany #J-18808-Ljbffr
