You'll be at the center of attention where you'll be involved in one of four positions: pump, raw, press, and precook.Starting Pay: $18.85 + 1$ shift differential per hourBenefits IncludeHealth insuranceOvertime opportunitiesReferral bonus up to $1000Weekly payPaid vacation, sick days, and holidays401K with company matchUnpaid time offApply for other roles with no waiting periodESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:Follow proper department procedures outlined in Daily's training manualsunderstand bacon specification requirements to ensure quality Follow procedures outlined by Department Supervisor/LeadsFollow Daily's attendance and punctuality rulesFollow all Daily's food security guidelinesFollow all Daily's Safety guidelines as outlined in the Safety HandbookAssist Department Supervisor, Production Lead and Team Members in meeting production and quality requirement by doing the followingMaintain accurate countsAdhere to product specificationsWork at a pace consistent with the required line speedKeeping accurate records as neededStrict compliance with sanitation requirementsAlways minimize scrapSweeping floor and aisles as instructedKeep all scraps picked up from floor in your work areawashing buildings and equipment as needed and scheduledkeeping all trash and items picked upAssisting in cleaning and maintaining office areaother duties as assignedQualificationsSuccessful candidate will have to stand/walk on concrete floors for 10+ hours per day, 6 days per weekThe employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift to 75 pounds and sometimes push/and or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusExperience in a fast-paced, cold, wet, hot, and humid environment from 48 up to more 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The noise level is the work environment is usually moderate but sometimes very loud.
