Field Service Technician

We welcome any applicants with experience in low slope/flat roofs! As a Service Technician and Roofer, you will primarily execute all service calls, warranty repairs at Dynamic National. Service Technician job responsibilities: Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems. Establishes service by evaluating roofing system needs and requirements; ordering and gathering repair supplies; completing installation. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements. Troubleshoot leaks and other damages. Maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance and repairs. Document service and installation actions for billing requirements. Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational training opportunities. When possible, generate sales leads for commercial / residential service and technical repairs Commitment to Complete Customer Satisfaction Responsible for safe driving of company vehicles Responsible for safe work site, equipment, and truck. Reviews work orders for accuracy and completeness before departing job sites Skills and Qualifications: Must have experience in low slope/flat roofs Strong ability to analyze information to present solutions and service we provide, specific to client Focus on quality, driven by results and positive client relationships Knowledge and skilled in using various hand and power tools. Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction. Ability to troubleshoot and think independently. Positive attitude with a desire to learn. Able to move or lift heavy equipment and the ability to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods. Flexible style (“do whatever it takes” approach).
