Made in the USA, we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on most products.Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician Support Worker will help with equipment installation, production machinery equipment troubleshooting and repair, and preventative maintenance. Ensures that all equipment is operated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications and that all work performed meets federal and state safety guidelines.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides preventative maintenance on all production machinery.Assists in repairs of broken or leaking machine systems.Maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.Assists in installation of equipment in multiple departments.Maintains maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.Performs basic minor repairs, preventative maintenance and cleaning.Other job duties and tasks as assigned.QualificationsUnderstanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems is a plus.Excellent organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office.Excellent communication skills.Approachable and able to develop and maintain strong working relationships.Drive for continuous learning and growth.Attention to detail to meet quality standards.Clearly read, write, and comprehend English.EducationHigh School education or GED required.Additional education or certifications preferredHourly Range: $21.30 - $23.00Benefits:Employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance2 weeks of PTO (up to 3 weeks with tenure) with seven paid holidays401k with up to 4% employer matchAdditional paid parental leave beyond state/federal offeringsQuarterly catered lunch events for all employeesRAM Mounts product discountsPosition Status: Full TimePosition Location: On-Site
