This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full accounting cycle, supporting operations, and partnering with leadership to drive sound financial decisions. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations Manage month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and variance analyses Maintain and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and cost analysis Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations Improve accounting processes and systems for efficiency and scalability Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior experience in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting role Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience managing the full accounting cycle Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) CPA or CMA (preferred but not required) Experience in operational, construction, manufacturing, or service-based environments Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash management ERP system experience Interested in hearing more?
